Go through the typical install for OpenVPN with some adjustments here:

VPN -> OpenVPN -> Servers:

Tunnel Settings:
IPv4 Tunnel Network: 192.168.99.0/24 (or whatever range you like as a subnet).
Untick 'Redirect IPv4 Gateway'
IPv4 Local network(s): 192.168.1.0/24 (or whatever your local lan subnet is).

Advanced Configuration:
Custom options:
push "route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0";
route 192.168.99.0 255.255.255.0;
(or change to your respective subnets)
then Save.

System -> Routing -> Gateways:
Add:
Interface: LAN
Name: LANGW
Gateway: 192.168.1.254 (or wherever your lan gateway is as per above).
Save.

System -> Routing -> Static Routes:
Destination network: 192.168.99.0
/24
Gateway: LANGW
Save.

Firewall -> Rules -> OpenVPN:
IPv4 * * * * * * none

Save that firewall rule at the bottom of list and done, now you can connect via your OpenVPN client and access LAN devices.
