Since i started work on a new shopping cart - the biggest hurdle was not the cart itself, nor the payment gateway, nor the security backend; it was the automated creation of square thumbnails.

Sure you could say it would be easy, but when you think about over 3000 images of different height and width proportions and such, creating an actual 'square' thumbnail, whilst keeping the image within complete proportion with zero cropping, was a nightmare.

Suffice it to say i have achieved it. And i am having a b33r to celebrate.
