I'm not a huge fan of USA's presidents and such -- snake oil salesmen aside - Barack's speech here really does sound genuine and with a passion to help those that need the help; rather than help those that are rich get richer.

He discusses typical topics like health, education, employment, family values, and the economy -- and i kind of get the feeling he is out to fix what is currently broken. Time will tell what he actually achieves but one topic he touches in this 30 minute speech is the amount of money that was poured into the Iraq efforts per month and how that could be diverted to the needy.

I hope he achieves all that he has mapped out, and more power to the guy if he does.

If you haven't seen it as yet, enjoy as it is truly inspirational. Note that this is from last year and if you keep up to date with current events and such you may have seen it already. I don't, so it was refreshing to get round to seeing it myself.
